Arthur Gray (1852–1940) was an English author and academic, Master of Jesus College, Cambridge, from 1912 until his death. He was educated at Blackheath Proprietary School and Jesus College, where he became a fellow. As a writer he is known chiefly for the Gothic ghost stories collected in Tedious Brief Tales of Granta and Gramarye (1919), published under the pseudonym "Ingulphus", and he also wrote histories of Cambridge and of Jesus College.
