Charles V. De Vet (1911–1997) was an American science-fiction writer active chiefly during the 1950s and 1960s. He wrote magazine fiction and paperback novels marked by space adventure, alien encounters, psychic abilities, and speculative social ideas. His best-known works include The Star Dwellers, Second Game, and The Cosmic Man.
