The Vortex Blaster is a science fiction novel by E. E. Smith, first published in 1960. It is the fourth book in the Lensman series. The novel follows the adventures of Kimball Kinnison, a Lensman from the Galactic Patrol. He is sent to the planet of Arisia to investigate a mysterious energy vortex that is threatening the entire galaxy.
