El águila y la zorra de Esopo (-564)

The story of the eagle and the fox is a fable written by Aesop in which an eagle and a fox are traveling together when they come across a group of lambs. The eagle suggests that they should eat one of the lambs, but the fox refuses, saying that it would be wrong to kill innocent creatures for their own benefit. The eagle then points out that the fox is not being consistent in its behavior, as it has previously killed and eaten other animals without hesitation. The fox realizes that the eagle is right and agrees to share the lamb with him. In Spanish, this story is known as "El águila y la zorra" or "La ardilla y el gato".
