The North Wind and the Sun by Esopo

The story revolves around a dispute between the North Wind and the Sun over who is stronger. A traveler walks by wearing a cloak, and they both try to remove it from him. The North Wind blows fiercely but fails, as the cold air causes the traveler to wrap his cloak tighter for warmth. In contrast, the Sun shines brightly, and the traveler becomes hot and removes his cloak to cool down. This demonstrates that gentle persuasion is more effective than force in achieving one's goals.
