The Cat's-Meat Man is a novel by Felix Leigh, set in the early twentieth century in the East End of London. It tells the story of a young man, Joe, who is struggling to make ends meet in a world of poverty and deprivation. He takes a job as a cat's-meat man, delivering food to the cats of the area, and soon finds himself embroiled in a world of crime and violence. As he navigates his way through the dangerous streets of the East End, Joe discovers a hidden side to the city, and learns the importance of loyalty and friendship. Along the way, he also discovers the power of love, and the strength of the human spirit.
