Heberto Castillo Martínez (1928–1997) was a Mexican civil engineer, politician, and writer. He was known for his contributions to engineering, particularly the invention of the tridilosa, a structural system. Castillo was also a prominent political figure, co-founding the Mexican Workers' Party and later joining the Party of the Democratic Revolution. As a writer, he authored several books and articles on politics, social issues, and engineering.
