Hetty Hemenwey (1890-1962) was a Dutch author and journalist. She was born in Amsterdam and studied at the University of Amsterdam. She wrote several books, including Four Days: The Story of a War Marriage, which was published in 1917. She was a pacifist and a feminist, and her work often focused on the effects of war on women and children. She was also a member of the Dutch Women's International League for Peace and Freedom. She died in 1962 in Amsterdam.
