J. Church

J. Church is an anonymous author who wrote The Sacrifice of Life Slain by the Twenty-nine Instruments of Death, a work of religious poetry published around 1819. The book is a collection of poems about the death of Jesus Christ and the suffering of mankind. It is believed to have been written by a member of the Church of England, as the language and themes of the poems are consistent with the beliefs of the Church of England at the time. The author's identity remains unknown.
