The story revolves around a young girl who visits her sick grandmother in the woods. She encounters a wolf along the way and is tricked into revealing her destination. The wolf eats the grandmother and disguises himself as her, waiting for Red Riding-Hood to arrive. When she discovers the deception, the wolf attempts to eat her but is thwarted by a woodsman who arrives just in time to save her.
