John Locke was born on August 29, 1632, in Wrington, Somerset, England. He died on October 28, 1704, in High Laver, Essex, England. Locke studied medicine and philosophy at Oxford University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in 1656 and his Master's degree in 1658.
