Kenneth Harmon was an American author and journalist. He was born in New York City in 1921 and attended Columbia University. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a correspondent for the Associated Press in Europe. After the war, he worked as a freelance writer and wrote several novels, including The Passenger, which was published in 1954. He died in New York in 1997.
