Doc and his team must race against time to stop the mad scientist and his device before the entire country is plunged into an icy winter. Along the way, they must battle the scientist's henchmen, as well as a mysterious figure known only as the Shadow. Will Doc and his team be able to save the day, or will the mad scientist succeed in his sinister plan?
