Lucinda Lee Orr (1841-1917) was an American author and historian. She was born in Virginia and was educated at the Virginia Female Institute in Staunton. She wrote several books, including Journal of a Young Lady of Virginia, 1782, which was published in 1871. She was a member of the Virginia Historical Society and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was also a member of the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America. She was a strong advocate for women's rights and education. She died in 1917 in Richmond, Virginia.
