Margaret Wilson (1882–1973) was an American novelist and educator. She is best known for her novel "The Able McLaughlins," which won the Pulitzer Prize for the Novel in 1924. Born in Iowa, she worked as a missionary in India before returning to the United States. Her writing often explored themes of rural life and social issues.
