Marianne L. B. Ker was a 19th century British author and poet. She was born in London in 1845 and was educated at home. She wrote several books for children, including How the Fairy Violet Lost and Won Her Wings, which was published around 1872. She also wrote poetry, which was published in various magazines and newspapers. She died in 1891.
