Paul Regard is a French author and journalist. He is the author of several books, including the best-selling novel The Last Days of the Romanovs, which was adapted into a feature film. He has also written several non-fiction books, including The French Revolution: A History and The History of the French Republic. He is a regular contributor to French newspapers and magazines, and has appeared on numerous television and radio programs. He is a member of the French Academy of Arts and Sciences.
