Perceval Landon (1876-1927) was an English writer and journalist. He was born in London and educated at Oxford University. He wrote extensively on the Middle East and India, and was a correspondent for The Times in the Middle East during World War I. He was also a prolific author of fiction, writing novels, short stories, and plays. His works include The Caravan of Dreams (1912), The Garden of Kama (1913), and The Valley of the Kings (1915). He was a member of the Royal Geographical Society and the Royal Asiatic Society. He died in 1927 in London.
