Prometheus Unbound by Percy Bysshe Shelley
Chained in the Indian Caucasus, Prometheus renounces his curse against Jupiter but refuses to submit to him. Asia and Panthea seek Demogorgon, who brings down Jupiter; Hercules then frees Prometheus, who reunites with Asia. Spirits report humanity's release from tyranny, Earth and Moon sing their renewal, and Demogorgon closes by urging forgiveness, love and endurance against destructive power.
