Robert Logan Jack (1845–1921) was a Scottish geologist and author. He served as the Government Geologist for Queensland, Australia, from 1877 to 1899. Jack made significant contributions to the geological mapping of Queensland and authored several works on geology, including "The Geology of Queensland" and "Northmost Australia." His work was instrumental in the development of mining and understanding of the region's geological features.
