
Warning from the Stars
In this science fiction novel, a group of scientists and astronauts are sent on a mission to explore a distant star system. They soon discover that the star system is home to an advanced alien race, and the aliens have a warning for humanity: the universe is in danger, and the only way to save it is to unite and work together.
The crew must find a way to unite the human race and convince them to work together to save the universe. Along the way, they must battle hostile aliens, face their own inner demons, and confront the secrets of the universe. Will they be able to save the universe, or will they succumb to the dangers of the unknown?

It was a beautifully machined container, shaped like a two pound chocolate candy box, the color and texture of lead. The cover fitted so accurately that it was difficult to see where it met the lip on the base.
Yet when Forster lifted the container from the desk in the security guards' office, he almost hit himself in the face with it, so light was it.
