Sivard Snarenswayne is a young man living in a small town in the Midwest. He is a talented musician, but his dreams of becoming a professional musician are dashed when his father dies suddenly. With no other options, Sivard takes a job at a local factory, where he meets a mysterious woman named Lila. Lila is a mysterious figure who seems to have a connection to Sivard's past. She encourages him to pursue his dreams and helps him to find a way to make a living as a musician. But as Sivard's dreams start to come true, he discovers that Lila is not who she appears to be. Sivard must confront his past and the secrets that Lila is hiding in order to save himself and his dreams. In the end, Sivard must make a difficult decision that will determine his future. Will he choose to follow his dreams or will he succumb to the darkness that threatens to consume him?
