Thomas Malory was an English writer, born around 1415 and died in 1471. He is best known for "Le Morte d'Arthur," a compilation of Arthurian legends. Little is known about his life, but he was likely a knight and possibly involved in the Wars of the Roses. He spent time in prison, where he is believed to have written his famous work.
