Willis George Emerson

Willis George Emerson (1856–1918) was an American author, lawyer, politician, and businessman. He is best known for his novel "The Smoky God" (1908), which explores themes of hollow Earth and lost civilizations. Emerson was also involved in politics, serving as a state legislator in Wyoming, and he engaged in various business ventures, including real estate and mining.
