Worthy the Name of "Sir Knight"

The poem tells the story of a knight who returns from war and is hailed as a hero. However, he feels unworthy of the praise because he has committed atrocities during the war. He is haunted by the memories of his actions and feels that he does not deserve to be called "Sir Knight".
