Abijah's Bubble is a novel by Francis Hopkinson Smith, first published in 1891. It tells the story of Abijah, a young man from a small New England town who dreams of a better life. He sets out to make his fortune in the big city, but soon finds himself in over his head. He is taken in by a kindly old man who helps him find his way, and Abijah soon discovers that his dreams may not be as far away as he thought.
