Gordon MacCreagh

Gordon MacCreagh (1888-1953) was an American author and journalist. He was born in New York City and attended Harvard University, where he graduated in 1910. After college, he worked as a reporter for the New York Times and the New York Herald Tribune. He also wrote several books, including The Secret of the Sahara (1925), The Golden Road (1927), and The White Road (1930). He was a member of the Explorers Club and the American Geographical Society. He died in 1953 in New York City.
