John Peter Drummond is a British author and historian. He was born in London in 1965 and educated at the University of Oxford. He has written extensively on the history of the British Isles, particularly on the Tudor period. He is the author of several books, including The Tudors: A History of England, 1485-1603 (2005), The Wars of the Roses: A History of England, 1455-1487 (2007), and The Reformation: A History of England, 1529-1559 (2009). He has also written articles for various publications, including The Times, The Guardian, and The Spectator. He is currently a lecturer in history at the University of Oxford.
