L. Leslie Brook (1899–1974) was an English author and journalist. He was born in London and educated at Dulwich College. He worked as a journalist for the Daily Express and the Daily Mail, and wrote several books, including The Story of the British Empire (1937), The Story of the British Navy (1938), and The Story of the British Army (1939). He also wrote several novels, including The House of the Seven Gables (1935) and The House of the White Elephant (1936). He was a member of the Royal Society of Literature.
