Miles J. Breuer (1889-1945) was an American science fiction writer and physician. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska, and attended the University of Nebraska Medical School. He wrote several science fiction stories in the 1920s and 1930s, including "The Man with the Strange Head" and "The Gostak and the Doshes." He also wrote a novel, The Man with the Strange Head and Other Early Science Fiction Stories, which was published posthumously in 1946. Breuer was a pioneer in the field of science fiction, and his work was influential in the development of the genre. He died in 1945 in Omaha.
