Ray Cummings (1887–1957)

Ray Cummings (1887–1957) was an American author known for his contributions to early science fiction. He worked as a technical writer for Thomas Edison before turning to fiction. Cummings is best known for his serialized novels and short stories in pulp magazines, particularly "The Girl in the Golden Atom" and "The Time Professor." His work often explored themes of time travel and microscopic worlds.
