Good-Bye, Pierrette

Good-Bye, Pierrette is a novel by Theodosia Pickrering Garrison. It tells the story of a young girl, Pierrette, who is sent away from her home in France to live with her aunt in America. Pierrette is a bright and imaginative girl who loves to explore and learn new things. She is excited to start a new life in America, but soon discovers that her aunt is not the kind and loving person she had hoped for. She learns to forgive her aunt and finds the courage to stand up for herself. In the end, Pierrette is able to find her own place in the world and make a home for herself.
