Fryer Harvey (1885-1937) was an English author and playwright. He was born in London and educated at St. Paul's School and Trinity College, Cambridge. He wrote several plays, including The Long Mirror (1913), The Ghost Train (1914), and The Beast (1915). He also wrote several short stories, including "August Heat" (1910) and "The Clock" (1912). His works often featured supernatural elements and explored themes of morality and justice. He was a member of the Fabian Society and a pacifist. He died in 1937 at the age of 52.
