Design is the invisible hand that brings organizations to life and life to organizations.

Architects design, they don't engineer. And the architectural elements and design templates they employ, which have evolved over centuries, provide (1) structural integrity (sound buildings), (2) functionality (space appropriate for its intended use), and (3) aesthetic appeal. An architectural rendering is an evocative sketch that allows us to see what a proposed structure will look like. But equally, it is intentionally incomplete so we can engage it, infuse our values and aspirations, and, over time, generate the specific plans for the space.
