Flat Suburbs, S.W., In The Morning
The novel follows the lives of two young people, John and Mary, who live in a small, flat suburb of London. John is a young man who works in a factory, while Mary is a young woman who works as a maid. Both of them are struggling to make ends meet and to find meaning in their lives. The novel follows their struggles as they try to make something of themselves in a world that seems to be against them. They both find solace in each other, and eventually fall in love. In the end, they must decide whether to stay together or to go their separate ways.
