The story revolves around a young girl who lives with her cruel stepmother and stepsisters. The Moon sees the girl's kindness and beauty, but also witnesses the cruelty she suffers at home. One day, the Moon decides to descend to earth and take the form of a handsome prince to rescue the girl from her miserable life.
