The Buyer from Cactus City

A wealthy man buys a small town's mortgage and moves there to live among the poor, disguising himself as a beggar. He befriends a young girl who sells flowers on the street corner and becomes infatuated with her. The townspeople are suspicious of him but he continues to help those in need, earning their respect.
