Wallace West

Wallace West was an American author and journalist who wrote the novel Dawningsburgh in 1962. He was born in New York City in 1921 and attended Columbia University. After serving in the U.S. Army during World War II, he worked as a reporter for the New York Herald Tribune and the New York Post. He also wrote for the Saturday Evening Post and other magazines. West wrote several novels, including The Man Who Loved the Moon (1956), The House of the Seven Gables (1959), and The House of the Seven Gables (1962). He died in New York City in 1965.
