Night and Morning, Book IV

The novel explores the life of a young aristocrat who becomes disillusioned with his privileged upbringing and seeks redemption through a romantic affair with a lower-class woman. As their relationship deepens, he must confront the consequences of his family's dark past and the corrupting influence of wealth and power. Through this narrative, the author critiques the social conventions and moral hypocrisy of the aristocracy in 19th-century England.
