The Napoleon of Notting Hill

The Napoleon of Notting Hill is a novel written by G.K. Chesterton in 1904. The story takes place in the future, where London has been divided into several small city-states, each with its own unique culture and government. The main character, Adam Wayne, becomes the "Napoleon" of Notting Hill after he is elected as the leader of his district. He sets out to unite all of London under one banner, but faces opposition from other districts who want to maintain their independence.
