This short story revolves around the relationship between two raccoon cubs and two human boys who are abandoned by their families. The four cubs form a close bond, sharing food and shelter in the wilderness. As they grow older, the human cubs begin to exhibit more aggressive behavior, eventually turning on the raccoon cubs and killing them.
