Josephine Daskam Bacon (1876-1961) was an American author and journalist. She was born in New Haven, Connecticut, and attended Smith College. She wrote over 30 books, including novels, short stories, and non-fiction works. Her works often focused on the lives of women and children, and she was a strong advocate for women's rights. She was also a member of the National Women's Party and the National League of Women Voters.
