The Adventure of the Three Garridebs

The story begins with Holmes and Watson being visited by an American named John Garrideb, who is looking for two other men with the same surname. He explains that he needs to find them in order to claim an inheritance. Holmes and Watson agree to help him, and soon discover that the two other Garridebs are criminals. The trio then set out to find the two criminals, and soon discover that they are hiding out in a small village. Holmes and Watson devise a plan to capture the criminals, and soon they are successful. However, the criminals are not willing to give up the inheritance without a fight, and a violent confrontation ensues. In the end, Holmes and Watson are able to capture the criminals and retrieve the inheritance. The Adventure of the Three Garridebs is a classic Sherlock Holmes mystery novel that is sure to keep readers guessing until the very end.
