Joseph Jacobs

Joseph Jacobs was a British-Australian folklorist and scholar born on June 29, 1854, in London, England. He studied at University College School and later at the University of Cambridge. Jacobs was a prominent figure in the field of folklore studies, particularly in relation to Jewish mythology and English folklore.
